World court to rule Tuesday on case accusing Germany of facilitating Gaza genocide – eNews Malaysia

GENEVA: The International Court of Justice (ICJ) on Friday introduced that it’ll rule Tuesday on a case accusing Germany of facilitating genocide in Israel’s months-long offensive on the Gaza Strip, as reported by Anadolu Agency (AA).

“On Tuesday (April 30), the International Court of Justice will ship its Order on the Request for the indication of provisional measures submitted by Nicaragua within the case regarding Alleged Breaches of Certain International Obligations in respect of the Occupied Palestinian Territory,“ the court mentioned in a press release.

According to the assertion, a public sitting will happen at 3 pm (1300GMT) on the Peace Palace in The Hague, throughout which Judge Nawaf Salam, the court’s head, will learn out its ruling.

Nicaragua initiated proceedings towards Germany on the world court accusing Berlin of facilitating genocide in Gaza by offering political and navy help to Israel.
