KOTA BHARU: The Federal Government agrees with the Kelantan authorities’s proposal to prolong the runway on the Sultan Ismail Petra Airport (LTSIP) by 400 metres (m) for it to change into an international airport.
Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim stated he had requested Transport Minister Anthony Loke Siew Fook to expedite the continuing development of the LTSIP.
