PETALING JAYA: A F-16 jet belonging to the Republic of Singapore Air Force (RSAF) crashed at its Tengah airbase after the pilot skilled a problem throughout take-off, this afternoon.
Singapore’s defence ministry mentioned in an announcement that within the incident, which occurred at 12.35pm, the pilot had responded in accordance with emergency procedures.
“The pilot efficiently ejected and the aircraft crashed thereafter inside Tengah Air Base.
“The pilot is acutely aware and in a position to stroll.
“He is receiving medical consideration and no different personnel are harm,” RSAF added.
